Gordon Truck Centers – Freightliner Northwest- Current and Upcoming Projects in Millersburg

Freightliner Northwest located at 5801 NE Old Salem Road, has begun a significant expansion of their existing truck maintenance and repair facility.  This project includes significant site earthwork and reconfiguration of their current driveways.  They will be expanding their existing 12,000 square foot (sf) maintenance facility by approximately 30,000 sf, which will include space for new offices, sales staff, warehouse, added service bays and body shop.  The site will also include a new truck display area for sales.  Approximately 15 new jobs will be associated with this portion of the expansion, with investment estimated at $18 million.

The project also includes plans for a new 112,000 sf concrete tilt-up building which would be leased. The potential uses of this building could include manufacturing or warehouse space.  It will be located on the eastern portion of the site. The investment associated with this portion of the project has not yet been determined.
