The City of Millersburg has a long standing policy of reimbursing City residents’ expenses up to a maximum of $80.00 per household on an annual budget calendar (Fiscal Year July-June) basis for Albany Public Library membership fees for library services, and 80% of fees for recreation services provided by Albany Parks and Recreation, LBCC and IRC 501(c)(3) corporations listed below, up to a maximum of $200.00 per household, on an annual budget calendar (Fiscal Year July-June) basis.
