Liquor License
If your business deals with the importation, manufacture, distribution or sale of alcohol in Oregon, you need a liquor license. As of February 1, 2023 OAR 845-005-0312(2)(a) requires applicants for an annual license to submit to the OLCC the completed Liquor License Application, which includes the recommendation from the local government. Prior to submitting the application to the OLCC, you will need the City of Millersburg to provide a recommendation. OLCC will provide forms that are required for local government recommendation.
Per the OLCC, applicants must follow these steps to obtain a liquor license.
STEP 1 - Complete the application packet and submit to OLCC
STEP 2 - Complete OLCC Law Orientation
STEP 3 - OLCC staff will review your completed application packet
STEP 4 - Take the license application form to your local government for their recommendation
STEP 5 - Complete the investigative process with OLCC You may obtain more information about the application process at www.oregon.gov/olcc or by contacting your local OLCC office.
STEP 6 - The City of Millersburg OLCC application processing fees are as follows:
• Renewal/Temporary: $15.00 (per ORS 471.166)

ORS 471.406 – Liquor license requirements identifying activities where “selling” alcohol is permitted.
