Maintenance Supervisor

The City of Millersburg is seeking a maintenance supervisor to support the maintenance and operations of City facilities. This position works in a small but dynamic environment with a wide variety of duties necessary to provide excellent customer service and support to residents and the public. Millersburg sits along I-5 just north of Albany. With a population of 2,950, Millersburg provides residents a country feeling with big city facilities close at hand.

General Description: This position supervises, plans, coordinates, schedules, and directs the activities related to maintenance and operations of parks, rights-of-way, utilities, stormwater facilities, and buildings, as well as assists in performing related activities as necessary to complete assignments.  Position may also function as the City Direct Responsible Charge operator (DRC) for the City’s water distribution system and ensure compliance with Oregon requirements.

SALARY: Range $4,778 to $6,204 per month (eligible for COLA increase of 1.6% July 1, 2021), eligible for 7% increase for DRC.

BENEFITS: Position eligible for healthcare; PERS retirement; holidays, vacation, and sick leave pay.  Overtime pay in some circumstances.

FULL-TIME: 40 HRS PER WEEK

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
