Conser Road – Power Substation

Pacific Power (PacifiCorp) new substation in service March of 2024

Because of Millersburg’s large concentration of industrial users, our residents receive the advantage of being on one Pacific Power’s most redundant and hardened systems in the state.  The addition of the new power substation built on Conser Road to meet new industrial and residential needs has further strengthened our power system.  This new investment included new conductoring/reconductoring of the power system within the city, and as a result multiple pathways can be utilized to supply power to our residential customer areas.  This will further minimize power outages and the lengths of those outages when they occur.   Millersburg is also home to Pacific Power’s Willamette Operations Center, which means fast response times to power outages occurring in our city.
