• Wipe pots, pans, and dishes with paper towels before rinsing or washing them, then throw paper towels into the trash.

• Recycle FOG.
• Don't pour FOG into sinks, floor drains, or onto parking lots or streets.
• Use a grease trap or interceptor that is designed, installed, and maintained correctly.
• Check and maintain grease traps or interceptors.
• Never put solids into grease traps or interceptors.
