The applicant is requesting approval to subdivide a 2.86-acre parcel into 4 residential lots.  Lot 1 is proposed to be 21,880 square feet, lot 2 is proposed to be 60,539 square feet, lot 3 is proposed to be 28,668 square feet, and lot 4 is proposed to be 10,003 square feet.
