PA 24-04 Woods Partition #2

The applicant is proposing a partition of three parcels from an existing 57.24 acre parcel.  The proposed parcels will be 2.5 acres, 35.21 acres, and 19.07 acres.  A 0.45 acre right of way dedication is also proposed for NE Woods Road.
