DC 25-02 Economic Opportunities Analysis Report

A Comprehensive Plan is a foundation document that guides the City's development.  All City documents build off of the Comprehensive Plan.  It is both a visioning document and a guide to how the City should plan to develop in the future.  Comprehensive Plans are supported by studies and analysis of several aspects of the City, such as the Transportation System Plan, the Sewer Master Plan, and the Storm water Master Plan to name a few.  

The City has recently completed an analysis of the Commercial and industrial land inventory, capacity, and future need called an Economic Opportunity Analysis (EOA).  DC 25-02 is the Land Use application that proposes to adopt the EOA.  A public hearing before the Planning Commisison is tentatively scheduled for August 6, 2025, and a hearing before the City Council is scheduled for August 12, 2025.  The draft study is located below (the cover says final, but its really just the final draft).
