Connection (Frontage) Fees

Looking to divide your property?  You should be aware of City Connections fees, also called Frontage fees.  These require you to essentially reimburse the City for a portion of the costs of the infrastructure that already fronts your property.  This handout will explain what they are and when they are required.  It does not tell you how much they will be.  That is a case-by-case calculation based on the specifics of your site.  Contact staff for such a calculation.
