Clarification on Recent Mailing

Recently the City sent out a double-sided flyer with a utility bill with Sample written across the face of the bill. If you receive this and you do NOT have a water or sewer account with the City, please ignore the sample bill. The sample bill was provided to show utility billing customers what the new bill will look like when it is generated from the new billing system the first week of February. 

The flyer also includes important information on the new billing system and fats, oils, and grease as well as wipes concerns. 

Please do not pay from the sample bill. Your regular bill will be mailed out the first week of February. We apologize for any confusion. Thank you!
