Utility Billing

During this unprecedented time, we are still here to provide the highest level of service that our citizens have come to expect and deserve. City Hall is available from 8 AM to 5 PM by phone Monday through Friday. We also have a walk-up window in front of City Hall to the left of the main entrance.

We continue to encourage our customers to make payments using the following options:

  • Use the silver Drop Box located in front of our building next to the blue Post Office box. This is a fast and convenient option for making payments.
  • Click the link below to electronically start or stop utility services, or,
  • Call City Hall at (458) 233-6300 to start or stop utility services.

For 24 Hour Emergency Utilities Issues (Water/Sewer), please call (541) 979-6887. Please provide as much information about the problem as possible, the location, and a call back telephone number.

NEW UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM UPDATE (February 25, 2021)

Utility bills were sent on February 24 and February 25. Please review the important information included with your bill regarding the new online payment portal through Xpress Bill Pay which is now live and ready to use.
