Abandoned Vehicle

By Ordinance No. 176-20, the City of Millersburg adopted Oregon Revised Statutes 819.010 through 826.041 pertaining to the process and procedures for abandoned vehicles within the City of Millersburg. It is unlawful to store or park any vehicle on a City street for a period in excess of 72 hours.
