Council Policies

The purpose of Council policies is to establish standard practices and procedures for implementation by the City Council, All City Council policies continue in full force and effect until expressly amended or rescinded notwithstanding any changes in City Council membership. Council policies shall be adopted, amended, or rescinded only by a resolution duly adopted by the City Council.
