SP 23-03 North Millersburg Park

The City is processing a Site Design Review for a new park on Millersburg Drive on the north end of the City.  The property is 4.4 acres and will include a variety of typical park features.  The project started as a grant for outreach and a concept design of the park.  More detail of that process can be found here.  The Parks Commission has distilled down all the public input and their comments into one Preferred Alternative" design, which is now moving to the Planning Commission for a Site Development Permit Review.  

The project is now scheduled for a Public Hearing before the Planning Commission on January 2, 2024.  For details see the hearing notice posted below.  A staff report will be available here no later than 1 week prior to the hearing.
