DC 23-01 Minor TSP Update

The City is proposing a minor update the Transportation System Plan  (TSP) to:

1) remove the proposed Greenway recreational trail,

2) add a new street called NE Transition Parkway, and

3) add a multi-use trail to a new linear park along the south side of NE Conser Road. 

The TSP also acts as the Transportation Chapter of the City’s Comprehensive Plan; therefore, this is considered a post-acknowledgment Comprehensive Plan Amendment. 

The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for April 4, 2023, and the City Council hearing is scheduled for April 11, 2023.  All hearings are open to the public.  A staff report will be uploaded here at least 7 days prior to the first hearing.  The full draft of proposed edits will be uploaded here once they are completed.
