North Millersburg Park- Current and Upcoming Projects in Millersburg

The City purchased 4.4 acres of land on the south side of Millersburg Drive west of Woods Road for a future park.  A conceptual design has been developed with community feedback and a site plan approved January of 2024.  The next phases, including development of construction documents, cost estimates, and finally construction of the project will take place once additional city funding and/or grants become available.  This is currently estimated to occur within the next 3 - 7 years, or sooner if new economic development of industrial properties continues.
