Fireworks- Be Respectful - Keep it Legal- Keep it Safe

Please be safe during your 4th of July celebrations! As you prepare for your festivities, please recognize that the word illegal in describing the fireworks below is there for a purpose.  Don’t be that person this year who continues to ignore Oregon law!  Let’s be good neighbors who are respectful of those in our community who are negatively impacted by the use of illegal fireworks such as our veterans, elderly, children, and animals!  If this is not enough to dissuade you, please be aware that in addition to the potential for being cited for the use of illegal fireworks, you can also be held personally liable of any damage resulting from a fire, which is even more likely this year given the current dry conditions and the early activation of the Conflagration Act which has pulled fire crews outside of our area.
